Open Source Software Notice

This product (ASM Leviasynth series) incorporates software developed by third parties under open-source licenses, as detailed below:

1. Linux Kernel

This product uses Linux kernel 6.1, licensed under the GNU General Public License Version 2 (GPL-2.0-only). Custom modifications including device tree, hardware drivers, board-level configurations, power management, and audio drivers have been made for this hardware platform. Pursuant to the terms of GPL-2.0-only, the complete corresponding source code for these modified components is available upon request by sending an email to support@ashunsoundmachines.com.

2. U-Boot bootloader

This product uses U-Boot 2017.09, licensed under the GNU General Public License Version 2 (GPL-2.0-only). Custom modifications including boot parameters, device tree, hardware initialization, storage drivers, and signature verification have been made for this hardware platform. Pursuant to the terms of GPL-2.0-only, the complete corresponding source code for these modified components is available upon request by sending an email to support@ashunsoundmachines.com.

3. LVGL

This product uses LVGL - Light and Versatile Graphics Library 8.4, licensed under the MIT License. Minor bug fixes to hardware drivers have been implemented in compliance with the MIT License terms. All original copyright notices of the LVGL project are fully retained.

4. FreeRTOS

This product uses FreeRTOS Kernel 10.3.1, licensed under the MIT License, with all original copyright notices fully retained.

Important Proprietary Notice

All hardware control logic, audio algorithms, DSP processing, sound engines, effects, UI interaction logic, and system business logic are the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of ASM. These components are closed-source and confidential, and are not included in any open-source release.
